You can also click here to fill out the form.
We charge $25 for up to 15 minutes. We can cover a lot in that time. We will not provide clinical advice about any condition. However, we can help you understand issues about neurofeedback. We can offer you advice or will sometimes refer you to other appropriate clinicians with expertise you can talk with. We can clarify what you've been told about neurofeedback. Sometimes we've been asked to help interpret what someone has been told by others and provide perspective.
On occasion, someone is looking for neurofeedback when it may not be the best solution, or may not be the best first solution. We will attempt to provide you with other options for you to consider if you want that information.
If you have questions about equipment, we will discuss it but we are strong believers that you need to be working with a good clinician, even if you are going to do training at home. There are a some clinicians who will support you remotely who we have confidence in. Trying to do neurofeedback when you don't know what you are doing is hard for anyone, and there's a learning curve. There are companies who say they can teach consumers to do neurofeedback simply on their own. We have seen many situations where this did not work out as advertised. Knowing the brain and knowing how to use neurofeedback is an acquired skill. Our bias is to increase the chances of success - and you do that by working with clinicians who are good.
